Yoga for children and teenagers is a wonderful and fun way of cultivating
Yoga for teenagers develops concentration, balance and focus in teenagers who are challenged by the stresses of school, hormonal changes, social and family life.
A yoga practice improves health, fitness and energy levels.
Yoga is neither competitive nor judgemental. It inspires a sense of and connection with our true self and with the world around us.
The students will be introduced to the concept of yoga and how it can help them improve physically, mentally and emotionally.
These TeenYoga classes are suitable for children aged 11 - 18. The classes focus on having fun discovering ourselves and cultivating awareness through movement, postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and visualisation.
