Well, you can put your quest to ease and take charge! Here’s a way to create a chemistry of peace within you. Start by spending a few minutes a day, untangling yourself from the things that bind you, and you’ll see peace is here and now.

Sadhguru Explains, Peace is not the ultimate goal of life, it is the most fundamental requirement. If you hold it as ultimate goal in life, you will only rest in peace. Do not make a natural aspect of your life into something Esoteric. Creating a chemistry of peacefulness is your responsibility. There are methods to create a chemistry of peace within yourself. If you willing to invest a few minutes a day for your inner wellbeing, Being peaceful will be natural.

Through an insightful talk by Sadhguru, simple yogic practices and a powerful guided meditation, this free session will empower you with tools to change your inner chemistry to foster love within, making it a constant presence in your life.

  • Workshop is held for 1h to allow interaction and the possibility to ask questions in the end.
