Yoga Classes in Pinner

As my life journey continues, I have been inspired to more deeply explore the principles of ServiceSpace of contributing to a cultural shift from:

…And Being the Change to create a loving world.

The cost of yoga is essentially priceless but there are costs involved in holding a space for us to come together. The fee structure is set up in a flexible manner as suggested in the classes schedule below (except the co-shared Tuesday class which has a fixed fee) so please assess how much you can comfortably contribute. I encourage you to think not about getting the best deal, but about allocating capital in a way that aligns with what is important to you. The fees as set out below are intended as a guide. All students are welcome, regardless of financial resources.

I hope this encourages us to reflect on a broader perspective of life and reminds us of our inter-connectedness with all life and the planet.

May our hands, head and heart continue to open so that giving becomes our way of being.

To register for the yoga and meditation classes, please email your contact details including name, address and telephone numbers, stating any health problems. Please contact me for my bank details or post a cheque (payable to M. Shah) to 70 Carlton Avenue, Harrow, Middlesex, HA3 8AY.

Places are limited and allocated on a first come first served basis, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

 

These classes are suitable for all levels, encouraging you to work at your own pace through cultivating mindfulness and learning to listen to your own intelligence. The classes are small enabling you to receive personal attention.

The classes are diverse and fun integrating all the essential elements of yoga practice:

  • Postures
  • Breath Awareness and Pranayama
  • Relaxation
  • Meditation
  • Spiritual Inspiration

These practices help to: 

  • Maintain flexibility, strength and balance
  • Reduce stress and tension
  • Improve concentration and clarity
  • Calm the mind and instil joy and inner peace
  • Deepen awareness bringing us towards physical mental and spiritual harmony
  • Reconnect to one’s essential being and express from here in each moment

As you undergo subtle but powerful transformation, you will learn how yoga can be applied to the rest of your life for physical health, mental clarity, emotional and spiritual well being enabling you to deal with life in a more awakened, integrated and joyful way.

Cancellation Policy

Your cooperation and understanding of our cancellation policy is greatly appreciated. If you have booked a place and are unable to attend the term for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so that your place may be offered to someone else.

If you are pre-registered for a term you must cancel at least 1 week prior to the start date of the term to receive a full refund. Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to start date of term will be liable for a 25% cancellation fee. Unfortunately refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the start of the term. Once the term has started no refund will be available.
